The Edge is a contemporary coastal residence in Pebble Beach, designed for indoor-outdoor living with panoramic views of Carmel Bay, Point Lobos, and the surrounding coastline. Perched above the famed 17 Mile Drive in the heart of Pebble Beach, the home is positioned to engage its setting, opening outward to expansive views that define the experience of the property.

The architecture is organized to balance scale and clarity, with a 10,500 square-foot main residence and a detached 800 square-foot ADU, allowing for both privacy and flexibility of use. Large openings, terraces, and carefully framed vantage points create a continuous connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

Rooted in one of the most iconic stretches of the California coast, the project reflects a broader approach to residential architecture—measured, site-responsive, and designed to elevate both daily living and the experience of place.
